We are in the process of purchasing a 30 year old home to which we fought hard to have the inspection clause and we were fortunate to have found John for our inspector. The inspection went to 4 hours and offered valuable advice and answered many of our concerns. And even though a major issue was discovered, we were glad it was found so that we could address it before expiration of our conditional clause. The final report is very thorough with additional information throughout describing how things should be done and the pictures and thermal scan images included are invaluable compared to the summary checklist we had with our previous inspection. One can tell he is passionate about his job and that he cares that his customers are able to make informed decisions based on his inspections. Knowing we were in a time crunch for the contract condition, he called shortly afterwards to re-emphasize the need to address certain issues. Thanks again John, While we may not have landed the house yet but at least we are prepared to make an informed decision on the biggest investment of our lives.

Hello John,
Thank you for identifying the leak in our office. Your Infrared Camera is amazing!! We would have never known that there was moisture and water damage behind the wall. John not only used the Infrared Camera, he also advised us that the problem was that the downspout was draining up against the building and that the wall flashing was not installed properly. Thus, the water from all the heavy rain was leaking through the flashing were the downspout was directing the water.
We will be recommending your Infrared Camera serves.

I am working mostly with new immigrants and for them the home inspection is a very important step for buying a house. Being new to the whole process, they asked questions - likely to the point of distraction - yet John showed amazing patience.
