Congratulations on the purchase of your new home.

Before you take possession of your new home or condominium , your home inspector and builder will walk you through and report any damages or defects in work and materials according to Tarions PDI checklist.

If you fail to report items on the PDI checklist Form before you take possession of the home, You may have a less chance on proving that the damages or defects were caused by the builder and not you.
