Pre Purchase and Pre Offer Inspections

Pre Offer Inspections are performed the same as below accept this time you can hire us to perform the inspection before you place an offer. This is really great especially when there are multiple offers on the one home! You can still protect yourself and your investment by having your home inspected before the offer as well as arming yourself with a more accurate price when you place your bid.

The inspections on average takes approximately 2.5 - 3 hours depending on the size and age of the home. After your inspection has been completed you will receive your report on site right away.
We encourage you to join us for the inspection. You shall be provided with extra coveralls, rain gear or umbrella (weather permitted) for the duration of the inspection.

During our detailed inspection we will give you suggestions on how to help maintain a safe and cost effective home.
If any repairs are needed we will provide you with an estimate of how much it will cost to fix it. PICTURES

We use Digital Photos which will be available with your report. This may help you visualize and document any problems or issues found during your inspection.

Moisture Meters and other special tools are used to enhance our inspection.

After the inspection has been completed we will provide you with a summary of our findings along with a detailed report in your New Home Reference Book.
You will also be shown how to use your New Home Reference Book which has been organized with 16 Tabbed sections with 400 pages of excellent information to enhance your knowledge and buying decision.
