Pre-Listing/Sale Inspection

Take a step out of the process and have your home inspected before you put your house on the market. This would be the same principle as having your car certified before you sell it.

This report is recognized and approved by the Standards of NACHI/CAHPI/OAHI.

The inspections on average takes approximately 2.5 - 3 hours. After your inspection has been completed you will receive your report on site right away. We encourage you to join us for the inspection. You shall be provided with extra coveralls, rain gear or umbrella (weather permitted) for the duration of the inspection.

If any repairs are needed we will provide you with an estimate of how much it will cost to fix it. PICTURES

We use Digital Photos which will be available with your report. This may help you visualize and document any problems or issues found during your inspection.

Moisture Meters and other special tools are used to enhance our inspection.

After the inspection has been completed we will provide you with a summary of our findings.

Then we will prepare a Draft Summary Feature Sheet of your home. Once this is completed we will email the draft to you for approval. Once approved, then we will issue 40 pages of your Summary Feature Sheets which can be used during your open house.

If you decide to make any improvements to the home we can revisit the home and then revise the Feature Sheets and the Report. A fee will apply.

If your client "the Buyer" wishes to view the Home Reference Book for a more detailed report then you will have the book at hand.

We can set up an appointment with the Buyer to walk them through the house and explain the findings and the Report.

This creates a contractual relationship between AA Elite home inspection Inc and the buyer. Costs $195.00

We can also advertise  your Feature Sheet on our website for free, allowing any potential buyer to view it at anytime.

If you decide to have your home pre-listed with us, then we will issue a $30.00 Discount on your next home inspection.
